Return & Exchange Policy

We deliver quality products hence we don't encourage refunds but are happy do it only if  necessary.

Exchange is easily possible if the size that you have ordered has not worked well for you.

Refunds and  Exchanges will not be entertained if reasons cited are as the following:

1) Actual colour of item ordered not similar to colour seen in photo:

We do our very best to upload photos that depict the colour as close as to the original. However do bear in mind that about 10% - 15% of actual colours may be affected by lighting and/or the variation of colours of the monitor display. 

2) Defects in items caused by the customer's intended purpose or carelessness. 

3) Personal dissatisfaction or dislike towards the item.

However, customers may request for refund or exchange for the following reasons : 

1 Defects in item caused by at our end.

Return items must reach us within 10 calendar days for local orders &  20 calendar days for international orders from the day the customer receive the item. We shall not accept any returns that reach us after the 10 to 20 days policy.

Refunds Payments

Refund will be made to the customer's mode of payment. Please note that refund is only for cost of item and does not include custom tax or duties and shipping costs. 


An exchange can be done with another item of similar or higher value, subject to stock availability.

Sales Products  Policy

All items on sale cannot be returned or exchanged except in cases where the mistake is by our party.

For any non-compliance of the above conditions, we reserve the rights to refuse acceptance of return dresses.
